Bulgaria property near a new University and black sea property in Bulgaria

According to the Ministry of Education, a new university will open doors in 2008, neighboring the apartment complex “Nessebar” which is still in construction.
The new university will be situated in an existing building, suitable for an institution of higher education. The number of the accepted in the same year students is expected to exceed 5000, which will definitely have a great impact on the commercial premises in the complex, as well as on the restaurants, nightclubs and the apartments for rent. The all year use of the complex on part of these students will improve a lot the demand for apartments here. This complex can offer high rental returns, which is very important for the foreign investors.
